"Am I the only one who thinks it looks better than it works?"
It looks nice at first glance, but am I the only one who feels like some of the design choices just don’t make sense? It’s kind of frustrating to use, and it feels like more thought went into the appearance than the actual functionality

Something about the whole experience just felt off to me. I didn’t feel like they really took responsibility, and it kind of came across like they were making it my problem instead. I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Clunky site and the little things really added up"
I tried using the site for a bit, but it got frustrating fast. Pages took longer than expected to load, and even small stuff like the menu labels and dropdowns felt messy. I kept clicking around just trying to find basic product details, and it seemed like the info was buried in weird places. After a while, I noticed I was spending more time waiting and hunting for tiny details than actually shopping, so I just gave up. Not a great experience for me

The box showed up completely crushed, and it made me question why I ordered it in the first place. Not a great first impression, and I’m definitely feeling a bit of buyer’s remorse

"Frustrating checkout and no one takes ownership"
I tried to place an order, but the checkout process was a mess. There were barely any payment options available, I couldn’t find PayPal anywhere, and my card kept failing for no clear reason. What made it worse was that nobody seemed to take ownership of the issue or help sort it out. After going in circles, I just gave up.

"Wholesale requirements felt like too much"
I tried placing an order on melroseintl.com, but the wholesale rules were kind of overwhelming for my small shop. The minimum order was higher than I thought it would be, and it just felt like a lot to go through when I only wanted a few items. It didn’t really feel set up for smaller buyers like me.

I opened my order and it was just completely wrong. Like, not even a small mix-up — it wasn’t what I ordered. I don’t know how this happens, but it’s frustrating when you’re waiting for something and then have to deal with fixing someone else’s mistake.
"Not great for what I paid"
I ordered a decor piece from Melrose and it looked a lot cheaper in person than it did online. The paint was kinda uneven, and one corner was chipped right out of the box, which was super annoying. For the price, I expected way better. Dissapointed tbh.

I never got the help I needed. The sales rep was totally useless and acted like a clueless clown the whole time. Frustrating experience

"Looks Nothing Like the Photos"
I opened the package and thought, what a joke. The product looked totally different from the pictures online. The colors were way off, and it felt much cheaper in person than it looked on the site. Disappointing overall.

"Unexpected charge on my bill"
Not gonna lie, I was frustrated when my total didn’t match what I saw at checkout. I reached out to support, but they just kept telling me the charge was correct. Definitely not ordering from them again

"Minimums were too high for my small shop"
I checked out Melrose earlier this week because I was hoping to place a small order and test a few pieces in my shop. At first, I was interested, but once I saw the minimum order quantities, I had to back out.
I totally understand that wholesale usually comes with certain limits, but for a smaller shop like mine, buying that much of one item just doesn’t make sense right now. By the time I thought through the cash tied up and where I’d even store everything, it felt like too much of a risk.
Maybe I’d try again down the road if they offered smaller starter packs or mixed cases. The site itself was fine to browse, but the ordering rules were what really stopped me from moving forward.

"Shipping Was Way Too Much"
I was just trying to order one little item, and then I got to the shipping part and was like… wait, seriously? The shipping cost was way higher than I expected, kind of to the point where it didn’t make sense anymore. I wanted the item, but not enough to pay that much just to get it delivered. Ended up not being worth it for me.

"Said it was in stock, but it really wasn’t"
I went in thinking the items were available, but pretty much everything I wanted was out of stock. It felt like the inventory wasn’t updated at all. I also don’t really trust customer service to give a straight answer on stuff like this, so the whole experience was just frustrating.

I tried setting up an account it was way more annoying than it needed to be. Every time I thought I was almost done, the site seemed to send me somewhere else or ask for something different, like the goalposts kept moving. I couldn’t even tell if my info had saved properly half the time.
I went in expecting a quick signup, but ended up wasting a bunch of time and still didn’t feel like I’d actually made progress. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but my first try was frustrating.

"Stock updates could use some work"
I ordered a few things and most of the order was fine, but one item said it was in stock and then I found out later it actually wasn’t available. Not the end of the world, but when you’re counting on something arriving, it kind of throws things off. Customer service did let me know afterward, which I appreciated, but I’d feel better ordering again if the stock info on the site was a bit more reliable.

"Charged but still no updates"
I’m frustrated with this order. I was charged right away, but I haven’t received any real updates since then, which is concerning. At this point, I don’t think I’d use this site again.

"Showed up damaged and honestly not worth the headache"
Not gonna lie, I was disappointed when my order finally arrived. A couple of the items were damaged, and the box looked like it had been through a lot. I know shipping isn’t always perfect, but after waiting for it, this was frustrating.
I sent over photos and tried to get the issue fixed, but the whole process felt slow and more annoying than it should’ve been. At this point, I don’t think I’d order from here again.

I placed the order online and then... nothing. No shipping update, no tracking info, no real heads-up at all. I waited a bit, checked my email a bunch, even reached out to support. Still no reply. Just kind of frustrating sitting there wondering if the order even existed

"Refund took forever"
My refund took way longer than I expected, and the communication along the way wasn’t very clear. I also kept getting asked to verify the same details over and over, which got frustrating. It just made the whole process feel more drawn out than it needed to be
